March 7 – May 16, Treasure Island, FL:
Sloppy Joes 12th annual spring break sculpture behind Sloppy Joes on the Beach. Work begins on March 1st. Completion date is March 7th. The sand sculpture will be illuminated at night and will remain on display until May 16, 2014.

July 11-20, Revere Beach National Sand Sculpting Competition, Revere Beach, MA:
Revere Beach holds host to 15 of the top sculptors on the competition circuit. 250 tons of sand is dropped on July 11. The centerpiece sculpture designed by Sanding Ovations begins to take shape on July 12 and the competition takes place July 16 – 19, with the finished sculptures on display July 20.

Sept. 23 – Oct. 5, Virginia Beach Neptune Festival:
This is an International Solo and Duo Competition which will play host to 30 of the worlds best sculptors from around the globe. The sculptors work on their pieces from Sept 23 – 25. Public viewing begins on Sept 26 and runs through Oct. 5.

Nov. 19 – 23, Sanding Ovations Masters Cup and Music Festival, Treasure Island, FL:
Treasure Island’s signature event. The competition portion of this event runs Nov. 19 – 22. The finished sculptures are judged Sat night and are on display through Jan 1, 2015. They are illuminated at night. 10 Master sculptors create amazing works of art right before your eyes. Come out and watch the whole process. See how it’s done!

Dec. 1 – 4, Sandpearl on Clearwater Beach, FL:
Lobby Christmas sand sculpture will be completed on Dec. 4 and will be on display, public welcome until the beginning of Jan. 2015.

Dec. Hilton on Clearwater Beach, FL (exact date TBA):
Outback Bowl Beach Day. Held at the Hilton on Clearwater Beach, this event is open to the public. Come see your favorite college teams that will be playing in the Outback Bowl on Game Day. Also, tug of War, battle of the bands and sand sculpture photo op!
